Policies and Terms

Early morning trips scheduled before 6:30 AM may have a $30 surcharge. You will be notified in advance if applicable.

Holidays may also have a $30 surcharge.

Every transfer:
All price quotes are estimates only and are not final until your trip has been confirmed and locked into the system with a required deposit of 15%–20%.

Remaining Balance After Deposit

The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 14 days prior to the trip date.
For round-trip reservations, the remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to the first trip in the reservation.

Alteration to Trips in Progress

Passengers may alter destinations or extend trips if needed; however, rates will be adjusted accordingly.

Each adjustment will vary depending on vehicle type and availability.

If you are booking a trip for another passenger and do not want changes to be made:
πŸ‘‰ You must clearly state in advance that no alterations are allowed.

Otherwise, you are authorizing the passenger to modify the trip if they choose to do so.

Additional Stops

If the stop is scheduled at the time of booking:

The first stop is free up to 15 minutes
After 15 minutes: $25 per 15-minute increment

If the stop is NOT scheduled in advance:

It will only be honored if it does not conflict with the driver’s schedule
Cancellation & Refunds

Specific time periods or events may have different cancellation policies. These will be stated clearly at the time of booking.

Special Event (Sundance Festival) Policy

From January 21 to February 1, cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the reservation will result in:

Standard Cancellation Policy
8 days prior β†’ 100% refund (minus fees)
5 days prior β†’ 50% refund
72 hours prior β†’ 25% refund
Less than 24 hours β†’ 0% refund
Liability

Business Access (Muhire Legacy Group LLC) is not liable for:

Mechanical breakdowns
Weather delays
Road conditions
Accidents
Any external conditions beyond our control

Passengers assume full financial responsibility for:

Damage caused to the vehicle
Behavior of anyone in their party

Drivers reserve the right to terminate a trip without refund in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

Business Access is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Vehicles may not be loaded beyond legal seating capacity.

Child Seats / Safety Requirements

Passengers are responsible for complying with Utah State car seat laws.

Car seats and booster seats must be provided by the passenger unless arranged in advance
Failure to comply may result in trip cancellation without refund
Cleaning & Damage Policy

Normal cleaning is included.

However, excessive mess or damage will result in additional charges.

Examples include:

Spills
Vomit
Smoke or vape residue
Interior damage

Minimum charge:

Full detailing charges may apply if required.

Luggage & Capacity

Passengers must accurately report:

Number of passengers
Number of bags
Size of luggage

Oversized items include:

Ski bags
Snowboards
Golf bags

We follow international baggage standards (IATA).

The driver has final authority on safety and capacity decisions.

If luggage exceeds capacity:

Wait Time Charges
Non-Airport Pickups

After 15 minutes:

Sedans: $50 per 30 minutes
SUVs: $75 per 30 minutes
Airport Pickups

Passengers receive 45 minutes after plane arrival

After that:

Sedans: $50 per 30 minutes
SUVs: $75 per 30 minutes

If no communication is received:

Airport Curbside Delays

Passengers must notify the driver only when they are ready for pickup.

Airport charges may apply:

10–20 minutes β†’ $10
20–30 minutes β†’ $30
30+ minutes β†’ $7 per minute

These fees may be passed to the passenger.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations

Pickups and drop-offs will be made in designated legal areas only.

For events, concerts, or restricted areas:

Pickup and drop-off locations may differ
All local rules and regulations must be followed
Smoking & Vaping Policy

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited.

Cleaning and damage fees start at:

Business Access is not responsible for delays caused by:

Weather
Traffic
Road closures
Accidents
Government actions

Indemnification

Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Business Access (Muhire Legacy Group LLC) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their actions or negligence.
